Rooms cleaning on request,fresh towels available any time. Given prices for 1 bedroom Apartment are for 2 people.15 EUROS extra charge per day for 3rd. and 4th. person.Departure cleaning included on tariffs,except for Sunday departure (40 EUROS /Studio.60 EUROS /1 Bedroom Apt.).We kindly inform our guests that full payment will be required on check in and only according to online reservation.
  Check in : from 12.00am to 11.00pm.Please,warn absolutely the Reception for arrival out of these times.
  Check out : 10.00am to 11.00am. Luggage storage at the Reception for later departure.
  Private parking place : 15 EUROS /day, if available,only on special request.
  25% down payment for all reservations,with at least 1 night value.

• Hotel's Cancellation Terms :
  
  50 EUROS fee for all cancellation, or stay modification. Deposit refund until 15 days before arrival on low or mid season, 30 days before arrival on high season (01 June to 30 Sept.). No refund for early departure. No shows will be fully charged and booking automatically cancelled.
  In the event of any discrepancy between the Hotel Cancellation Conditions and any displayed individual Room Terms, the Room Terms take precedence.
